National Forest Adventure Farm

The National Forest Adventure Farm is part of Postern House Farm, a working farm with beef cattle, sheep and arable crops. In 2002, 66 acres of the farm became part of the National Forest and was planted to become Sinai Park Woodland.  

It started life as a visitor attraction, as the National Forest ‘Maize Maze’ in 2004. Since then, it has grown and the Adventure Farm was opened as a year-round attraction for all the family in May 2011. 

Children can really let off steam in the outdoor adventure area with go-karts, an assault course, crazy golf, fossil dig and lots of other activities. Then the whole family will enjoy a walk round the animal paddocks and barn where you can see cows, donkeys, goats, sheep and an impressive shire horse. Jump aboard the farmyard safari tractor and trailer ride to spot the animals and scarecrows around the farm.  

Indoor fun can be enjoyed in the huge soft play area so the farm is a great place to visit whatever the weather. Year-round special events like lambing live and the maise maze will bring you close to the animals and nature. 

The whole family will love a visit to the National Forest Adventure Farm with tractor rides, a host of outdoor adventure activities and indoor play centre.
