Peak Running is a dedicated group of outdoor enthusiasts on a mission to remove barriers preventing people from experiencing the transformative benefits of exercising outdoors. Listen as group leaders and members talk about how their Trail Therapy sessions have encouraged people to embrace the beauty of their surroundings and immerse themselves in the healing power of nature whilst exercising. 

Our goal is to get more people to use the forest and outdoor spaces on their doorsteps, to harness the benefits of spending time outdoors; for quiet reflection, exercise, learning new skills and gaining new experiences, by making a donation you could help us to support more community groups.
